Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and return instructions. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, such as earrings and personalized items (for hygiene reasons, these items are for final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged). We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We regret that we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Refund

We will notify you once we receive and review your return, informing you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process the refund.
