🚚 How are shipping costs calculated?

Free standard shipping on orders over $49.9USD. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Express shipping is available at checkout if needed.

⏱ When will my package arrive?

1. Order Processing Time

We will pack and ship all orders within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Stock shortages may result in an additional 1-3 days of waiting time. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Tracking Information

Total delivery time = Store processing time + courier shipping time

This time does not include customs detentions, weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.

Your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours of shipment.
